Welcome to our community and congratulations on the purchase of your home!
The Groves Golf & Country Club operates in compliance with both the Federal and Florida Fair Housing Act provisions with the intent to provide housing which meets the physical and social needs of older persons. Generally, in order to maintain compliance with such Acts, at least one permanent resident in each unit must be 55 years of age and all permanent residents must be at least 22 years of age.
The Groves Homeowners Association Board of Directors and all of our residents would like to welcome you to your new home and community. Over the coming months, we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking down the streets, on the Golf Course, at the pool or at a community activity.
The operation of your homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and community standards of the Association. There are specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property. Please follow this link to read through the Resident Forms & Information Page.
This web site provides ready answers to many of the questions homeowners have. If you don’t find the information you need here, please contact the HOA Administrative Assistant or the Community Association Manager at 813-995-2832 or use the Contact Us link on the home page.
Please note that a user id and password are necessary to access some of the Resident areas of this site. New residents should contact the HOA Administrative Assistant to obtain the necessary credentials.
Again, welcome to The Groves Community! We look forward to you falling in love with this neighborhood as much as we have. We know you’ll find our community to be a great place to live and we encourage you to get involved in our many activities and functions.
