Late morning Water Aerobics time change

Come join in the fun of early water Aerobics at a new warmer winter time, at 2 PM.  This class will be offered Monday through Friday as long as the temperature is at least 65 degrees.  It is free of charge and lead most days by volunteer Jan LoBianco.  Come join us with your water weights for a good hour of workout, with a mix of aerobic, balance, stretching, and strengthening exercises.
