Please note that landscape services are provided based upon home type and services beyond the scope of the HOA maintenance agreement are the home owners responsibility. Please refer to "Home Styles and Services" under the "Real Estate" dropdown for the services provided to each home type. DO NOT use this form to request a hold on maintenance service due to landscape work such as lawn replacement. Use red landscape flags /cones / rope and appropriate signage to notify landscapers not to cut or edge the area.
