New Owner Information
Welcome to our community and congratulations on the purchase of your home!

The Groves Golf & Country Club operates in compliance with both the Federal and Florida Fair Housing Act provisions with the intent to provide housing which meets the physical and social needs of older persons. Generally, in order to maintain compliance with such Acts, at least one permanent resident in each unit must be 55 years of age and all permanent residents must be at least 22 years of age.
Please refer to the Declarations, Covenants and Restrictions for specific information regards this provision.

The Groves Homeowners Association Board of Directors and all of our residents would like to welcome you to your new home and community. Over the coming months, we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking down the streets, on the Golf Course, at the pool or at a community activity.

The operation of your homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and community standards of the Association. There are specific provisions regarding what can and cannot be done on your property.
