Landscaping, irrigation, community cable TV and exterior maintenance services are provided by the HOA to homeowners based upon the type of home. Quarterly HOA fees reflect these differences. The following tables identify the specific services provided to each home type as well as the schedule by home type under which landscaping services are provided.
